Be your own #1 fan

Sometimes we can be so hard on ourselves! We are so quick to put ourselves down and point out our flaws and weaknesses. Instead, we should be celebrating the small steps we take toward a healthy lifestyle.
When you're working out, don't tell yourself you are weak- focus on how far you've come from when you started. Having a positive outlook on fitness just might make your workout more enjoyable!
